We are really excited about the play room / cinema. Note the cabling for drop down screen, projector and surround sound. Belter! Party bookings and children's entertainer available in summer ;-)

Trench for the electricity cable
The lounge steps are complete.
19th - 23rd January 2009
Lots of work inside and out this week.
Outside, the trench for the telephone cable was completed; the trench for the water pipe was also completed up to the edge of the property. We only have to wait for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive to get its act together so that we can connect to the water mains (watch this space - it may take months)!
The trench for the electricity has also been started (see pic).
At the back of the house, the steps are finished, the patio wall is complete and much of the patio base has been filled.
Indoors, the plaster board work is complete (apart from the areas where the flashing needs to be adjusted. Also, the plasterers have started upstairs and the scratch coat is finished in the boys' rooms.
